What made that tie so significant was the fact that there were totally two different cars, subs, amps, and enclosers. only thing that was same was power.

First off, any info Terry gives out is going to benefit you. He is much louder than anyone else here complaining about what happened this past weekend and has consistently been louder for many years.
Second point, Steve I am extremely disappointed that you would choose to throw someone off your team simply for not listening to you. Thats a god-like complex my friend and not what NSPL competition is about.
When I competed with SB Audio, it wasn't about winning or losing. NO TEAM SHOULD BE ONLY ABOUT THE 'WIN.' In order to get louder you must take the losses to get better and louder. Terry and I have lost plenty, but we have won more, and even more important we have fun hanging out at the shows and gaining knowledge. Thats what its all about guys.
PS, I came down Sunday with a kidney stone still lodged in my side. I couldn't stay long unfortunately. I came to see long time friends and to hang out, exactly what I used to compete for.

This is truth. Compare Terry's track record to anyone else and you'll see he's going to be on top.

Same here. SBAUdio was about fun. We never had any "critera" except to have fun. I lost alot my first season back, but with Chad, Terry, and Ryan's help, I came out alot better. There was never any mention of "booting" anyone out.
Trust me, I've stirred up much more **** than you kids could ever do, and we're all still good friends.

Chad...we all know Terry is loud,is he known to get any vehicle loud,or only crx's?.....you can't compare a trunk car to a crx.Two totally different monsters.Being that I have the loudest trunk car in NSPL,I think I know a thing or two about getting a trunk loud.I know what will, and will not work,in most cases with a trunk vehicle.

Chad......I don't care what you or Alan say, neither one of you can tell me that you wouldn't be mad at a team-mate,if you told them not to do something, because you knew it wouldn't work. And the end result was losing a World Title, when in fact if that team-mate had listened....he would have won the Title.

I can honestly say, in all seriousness, you're dead wrong.
There has been quite a few times when I didn't listen to Ryan or Chad, and when I goofed it in the lanes....they simply laughed WITH me. I learned and remembered not to do that again.
I've proven Chad wrong a couple of times, and never did I get mad at him. I simpy laughed at him and we carried on. Same with Emerson, and Bobby Knight.
We never were so "serious" about winning a world title, or whatever, to ruin or break a freindship. We would simply shrug it off, and move on.

i just hope the rest of the "TEAM" see what fates they await for striving to be there best. I didn't see him kick Derrick off the team for blowing up his woofers, Nor Chuck for his amps failing, Nor Mouse for his truck not being ready. Nor Melvin for showing up late which he may not have had I not had someone call him. Nor Eagle for not showing.
You do not have all the answers Steve. If you did this thread would be in a whole different direction. The idea's you had for my car didn't work outside of the enclosure and i'm sure that can stand improvement.
Knowledge is knowledge and loud is loud. Some could turn around and say the same things about you ONLY knowing trunks better yet Cavaliers.
You've outgrown your Britches like my grandma use to say. Chad is right. He forgot to add disrespectful though.
Sad thing is i'm getting offers to help with my car to "Shut YOU UP"! Your just boosting your popularity (sarcasm). The way you handle things i'm glad i'm off the Team. I'd hate for people to dislike me for being associated with you.

No, I would not be mad. This sport is about having fun and hanging out with people with simliar interests. Winning is simply a bonus, but certainly not required.
To tell a FRIEND and team mate you are going to kick him off your team because he did not listen is ridiculous Steve and you know it.
Steve, you and I have been friends for many years, but Im going to speak my mind on the matter. No hard feelings man, just pointing out something I thought was cruel and undeserevd.

Steve, step it down a notch man. Trunk vehicles as well as CRXs and other type vehicles are not rocket science man. I have also built two world record holding trunk vehicles without any previous so called 'trunk' knowledge.

Steve I don't need to waste my breath the join date and sig shows I been doin this since before you thought about it. From DB drag to nspl etc.... For you to come out your mouth to say I needed you is a joke. I told you my original setup with the 4 tens like Gary has in his car is louder then what's in it now on less power. How do you think the car got in it's current state of disrepair, busted front windshield, leaks out the rear window? Not from your setup. You really don't know me bro the vehicles I have built personally from ground pounders to SQ cars to rice burners to muscled out. I'm not in the NSPL to ride a white horse in glory cause thiers always someone waiting to knock you off it. I also don't mind learning from others Is why I joined the team. Sorry if you can't get your kicks off trying to hold me down. 3601 n up you know I don't have that type of power and you know my saying "less is more" do it with a handicap of a power range. And credit due to me for telling u and Zach to drop a 15 and get louder!

Steve, actually the point is, Terry is a class act and would never call someone else a f***ing joke. Whether he had helped them or not is irrelevent and he certainly would not be seeking recognition for the help.
Obviously I have helped numerous people in NSPL over the years as well. I would never call them names or even acknowledge that I helped them for that matter. You seem to be actively looking for some sort of medal for helping other people Steve. Everyone here (including me) has gained SPL knowledge from another person at one point or another. Anyone who says different is lying.

ahhh no! 142.3dB Not afraid to admit I had help over coming the same situation even back then. With the help of real friends like Jay lovelace, Erik Ried, Julius Timmons( the black guy from virginia with the white Crx that had a different setup in it every week lol) and a couple other folks I pulled thru. I got beat by a few tenth and was out in the parking lot playing my PS2 Grand tourismo on my indash full tilt. My NSPL and dB drag friends came and help me get almost 2 dB outta my car.
Hey Chad is there a way to get 2001 and 2002 show results anymore? I been trying to find the 2002 myrtle beach show results but no luck. Also both years finals scores/Results.
