You bastard Walt!!! The one show where I asked you to use your meter at you didn't bring the damn sensor. I see how it is. Just because your on Team Ol Skool you don't want me trying to get loud on your meter [Big Grin]

I got a new setup coming here as soon as my subs are built. I added another bigger battery under the hood. It's a Deka group 34 with 850 CA and 55 AH. Should help since my score was dropping off because of the front battery going dead. Also 2 Nightshade 15's in a new box with 6 aeroports! It won't be a wall but it will be above the window line. I may be going for 149.9 this year. If I have to struggle I won't but it would be cool. I don't know if I'll have enough battery for that class anyway. I'm also tuning it for daily and at 38hz so it may not be as meter friendly as my last box. Sorry about the thread jack Charles [Smile]

Like I said, I try [Sad]

Yeah man this will be a tough class.
I have dropped from this class due to my classes in other orgs. However, Jacob has stepped up into this class, Odog is there, Steve has something coming in this class, and of course, Terry.

when i started competing i was getting my azz handed to me all the time and ryan still hands it to me EVERY time i go up against him but that doesnt keep me from competing in his class, this is like someone said in the beginning of this thread you set a personal goal and try to reach it, you have to remember this is your first year competing and you should not set your goals to surpass others with years of experience in front of you, what i did and lots of others was see what the guys that were beating me had and take that knowledge and make it work with what you have,,,,,not copy but see what they have done to their boxes and setups and compare it to yours. i have been doing this awhile and i still find things every show that might work with my set up. dont be discouraged that you arent first in your class be determined to get better and enjoy the free spirited comradory that is at every NSPL show. hope this shines a light on your situation and good luck in 09................

I belive i can reach my goal of 148 in the car 18001-3600 class. I just went the easy way to make everything fit in the car. Now I have to get off my lazy a$$ to get the gear in there with the back seat in.

It's nice to see someone else running an MX-3. Mine is also a 1993.
Two VMax 12" and an Autotek MM3000. first box, first attempt with no tuning. 146.0 "legal", and 149.0 Hardcore NSPL scores. This is all below the window line(15"tall box right now), backseat still works, all factory panels in.
Typically, windowline means the lowest windows at the lowest point, which in this car is the front windows, about 4 inches from the sail panels. That's how dbdrag judges windowline. Is NSPL different?

NSPL you must have at least 12" clearance from the roof. Regardless of window line.
