There will a NSPL 1x event held in conjunction with a DB Drag/Bassrace event in Centerville, OH on Nov 23. This will be the first NSPL event held in Ohio, and the event will be judged by Greg Zoller.

I have seen an interest among dB Drag competitors after talking to a bunch in the Ohio area for NSPL. I really hope it takes off in this area. I hope to have 2x and 3x events in 2009 around the Midwest especially in Ohio.
