So... my test bed vehicle finds its way to shows from time to time and I cant figure out what class I'd be in for nSPL.

1 x 15" Woofer
2 x 3000-watt amps
3 x Extra batteries

Back seats folded down but installed.

I believe the box may be a hair above my window line too. I need to double check.

Not really concerned about winning a class, but if I show up I have no idea where I'd be [Smile]

Its a 1996 Jeep.

I was wondering about the Truck / SUV class since my rear seats are folded down - I don't know if that qualifies ?

Yeah...you can fold your seats down as long as your system doesn't interfer with you being able to fold your seats up,in the upright lock position.

Hmmm... I do not think they will fold up as my amps are mounted to the seat back and I have some boards right on the edge to keep the amps in place.

So I suppose I'd be in the heavily modified class of some kind, eh [Smile]

Yeah...because it's amp per sub,in that class.I have though about this.......Something Fred could do in the nw classes,is keep everything the same, and put an amp limit on each class. Like 0-24 2 amps,25-48 4 amps, and 49,and up 8 amps. [Cool]

The way the rule reads in the 2009 rule book is 2 amps in 0-24, 4 amps in 25-48, and 8 amps in 49-up. So, Jacob you would be in No Wall 0-24" with this particular system. As for Steve, once again on point, by predicting the rule before I posted it. But, the way the rule has previously been presented it had a gray area there. Copies of the new 09 rule book will be avalible online on the website during the next update.
