Just sounds like NSPL needs to get rid of it's fuse rating rule. It's been an issue in other leagues in the past and is still an issue today. Maybe do what Midwest SPL is doing and clamping the amp for every run as to have a power class measured by meters.
Just an idea but something needs to be changed in NSPL.
