I like that super street is finally stable! I can dig that the street classes are finnicky, and with good reason. Also, let's make many careful changes - not too many at a time.

I can see by your stats why you like the rules the way they are but I think dBDRA needs to think about the future of the sport, how to get more manufacturers support, increase consumer attendance, increase competitor participation and how to reduce the insanely high costs to compete (look at the costs of your equipment)in the most entry level of all clases...Street.

most entry level is bass race there it doesnt matter how much money you spend
but i see your point street has become to far , but it is too late to make such big change the top guys will still be on top and the new guys will still lose
it would be better to create new classes and keep them entry level for new people

this is a good point but right now there are less and less competitors overall. although street classes are where the most of the competitors choose to play so would changing rules and creating more classes help?

If you were restricted to a 400 amp fuse there would be more guys at the top. Perhaps a lot more guys.
The wins would have more to do with your build and product efficiency then the cost and power of your products. I think that is the idea to make it more competitive and affordable.
Street classes are like Formula 1 racing. 95% of the wins are from 2% of the competitors. The more money you spend, the more you win.
Now in Nascar, the rules and restrictions are the same for all cars so they are supposed to be on even ground and the wins are purely up to the driver and car builder. 95% of the wins come from 30% of the cars. Of course we all know that there are manmy hidden tricks for the best drivers and teams but that's racing.
Now, no doubt you will still be one of the top competitors because of your skills and experience which is fair. You will now have more competiton and entry level guys will have an affordable shot at being competitive and will see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I definitely like SS rules, it is the most perfect class in my opinion. I love how Bass Race is structured.
I also liked how at Finals the seperate screen showed our stats pages.
