I have a few local people that seem truly intersted in Street Stock and are willing to buy new subs and amps and become members.

IF the sub list is not done...can we at least have 4 or 5 subs that WILL BE OK. If I get these guys to join Db Drag and compete and try to go all the way and find out that there LOW COST sub didn't make the list they will probley never come back to Db Drag again.

To help the sport grow and gain new members we NEED to know what IS safe to use. I'm sure by now that there are at least a few subs that should have made the list. Or tell us what has not made teh list, but some are common sence.

I NEED to know what subs can be used. Summer and the "show season" is almost here.

I think any thing that is not big like a 10k sub with a 3.5 or 4" vc some thing like you would get from a caraudio shop. autotek . hifonics or some thing like that. not like a solo x t3 t.s.n.s apx,and so on

Any of the mainstream subs should be ok to use, like Keifer said, nothing like a 10K watt sub, it's gotta be a normal use kind of sub made by a company that you can buy anywhere, not just from a company website or something custom made. The lists should have all been made long before this class was even allowed to begin, but since they're not people are going to have to take a chance with some subs. I'd check with your regional certified judge and see what they say.

Would this be RMS or PEAK ? A LOT of companys WAY over rate there subs and give PEAK or MAX watts. JUst installed some Sony Explode subs today...rated at 1200 watts PEAK......200RMS. I know this type of sub would eb ok but what if it was a BETTER sub ?

Just want to know what rateing they have to go by.
