Generally i would say if people are using batts being used/sold many thousand times worldwide those people should not take care. But if people wanna use a battery which might could not be allowed because of - its not sold many thousand of times world wide - distributor of this battery is too much involved in dbdrag whose aim could be so push the rules ....... then its necessary to know whats inside of the battery to check if there is no ****. Just to label this battery for automotive use should not be enough to be allowed for street use. All approven batts which might be thought to be illegal could be then fit into a list. -------------------- Team Chmielewski - Andreas Street A - 156.0 db certified (2008)

An approved list would be a great idea, but I think we'd run into the same debate we've with the battery rules. If a battery isn't on the list there will always be someone mad about it and wanting it added for whatever reason. -------------------- 2001 Chevy Blazer 10" Fi BL'swww.myspace.com/splcreator www.myspace.com/nespl
