Hi ,

now that everyone is bussy with the rules for 2008 ( i hope [Wink] )

Can there be tought allready about what requirements is needed to participate at the Regional - National and Worldfinals

I know i am urly , but i think i can speak for every competitor that it is nice to know these things at the first months of the season [Smile]

Member before getting any points (its in the rulebook right now), a certified score in the car in the class you want to compete in.

The rule " Member before getting any points " is not enforcable nor does it matter.

Wayne reserves the right to invite anyone he chooses ... member or not.

Ok... I can see that it doesn't matter and that Wayne can invite whoever he wants.... but "not enforcable" [Confused]

It's easy. Competitor goes to show.. if he is a member before the show (or whatever the limit is after a show) then he gets points. If not, he doesn't.

How is that "not enforcable" ??

It's like you're now looking for excuses to not enforce rules?? [Confused]

The "points and memberhip" has nothing to do with enforcing the rules. That is all a clarical issue.

When scores are uploaded to Termpro now, it doesn't have the ability to filter out member/non member. The current software doesn't have the ability to select member/non member when someone signs up.

So, given all that, its not enforceable at this time untill software can support it. To many grey areas.
