Having recently heard the difference between 32Hz and 40Hz tuning, I'll chime in here [Smile]

UnGodly loud bass (aka too loud to listen too [Embarrassed] ):

3-6 Mafia "Late Night Tip" (you knew someone would say it [Razz] ). However, "Slob on my Knob" "A$$ and Tities" sound really good but aren't painfully so.

Daz Dillenger, "My system". God I can't hear anything but bass. [Mad]

Strong Sounding Bass

Aliya, "More than a Woman", "Rock the Boat"
Ying Yang Twins, "Whistile while you Twerk"
Shaggy "Angel" (don't ask me why but "dayum!")
Lost Boys, "Renee"
Nelly (just about everything)
"Riding on Chrome"
I'll second "Let's Ride" by Ja Rule
Usher's "newest" CD

I have a copy of that Hotel California and it honestly sounded better with my single 15" tuned to 40Hz.

Things that I thought would sound better but lack that "umph"

"Bia Bia" ( [Confused] ), "Me so Horny", "Still Fly" (the bass drops rocks though, but it rolls off quickly, darn 12s [Big Grin] ), "Baby got back", "Mr. Boombastic" ( [Frown] just sounds different than I remember).

Absolutely lacking in bass (I know this b/c my midbasses aren't crossed over yet)

"Sweet Dreams" Eurythmics
"American Pie" Don Mclain

Yeah, I listen to a lot of types of music [Big Grin]

Yin Yang Twins - I Yi Yi
Cypress Hill - Lowrider

These two songs shake my car up, I don't think it is tuned as low as you're talking, but try em out. I'm running sealed boxes as well, so I don't know if this has anything to do with it.

Keep the lists going though.

Mine's tuned to 32hz so I'm sure the same songs will apply. As mention above, "my system" and "late night tip" are incredibly loud and painful to listen to. One's that bump really nice are "Cot Damn" by Clipse, "Whole world" by Outkast, and "Gutter Sh*t" by Ice Cube. They're not rumbly like the 3 6 mafia songs, they just have a good punch.
