Ok, in the booklet with the cd...starting at track 45 it says it will give you a 45hz sine wave. I understand that, but what does it mean right after that it says (90hz to 128hz (5 sec each)) ? How can you have a 45hz sine wave @ 90hz? Makes no sense to me. Someone please help me out.

well when i listend to it this is what i think it is.....a strait 45hz tone and it has another set of tones along with the 45hz that is goin from 90hz to 128hz i think that is what that wavy noise is...im not sure
