Hrm, till recently I'd have to say Iced Earth's 'Angle's Holocaust' and 'Storm Rider' off of Night of The Storm Rider (Power Metal fans begin to drool now!!!)
But, I've just gotten _Holy Dio_, Century Media's tribute to Ronni (Lead singer for Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, and Dio). Fates Warning does an incredible rendition of 'Sign of the Southern Cross'!!!

Uncle Ber, you have really, really good choice in music.
Lita Ford, oh my! Enough about that...
Iron Maiden kicks butt. They have too many good songs...
Iced Earth...my friend just turned me on to them, and I like them.
Since you like Metallica and classical music, check out Acoplytica. Metallica on cello! My god they are bad. Refuse/Resist classical is every bit as heavy as with guitars.
DT, Fates Warning, and Savatage rule.
Testament's Low, oh my...I like.
Check out Buckethead...he is my new number 2 guitar hero. Randy will always be number one...

Either one of the Liquid Tension Experiment projects are what I use to evaluate stereos. Also, a disc called: Explorer's Club- Age of Impact is quite balanced and has a strong recording. Just about any more recent Rush album is good for quality listening too.
Oh, Lords of Acid have really good and busy techno stuff although their B-sides seem to have more balls to them.
