where do you get pacemaker from, and is there a way to convert them back to smaller files after slowing them down?

Nero has a sound editor that you can slow songs down and it keeps the file size small.

Ive used it many times and it works well

I use audacity to slow down the songs. It's pretty easy to do. Load a song, hit ctrl-A to select everything. Go to effect, change speed (or whatever, I think change tempo slow it down also). then set it for the speed you want.
