What is their ultimate fans (mascot) name?

I know that one but just checking

Which album cover did it show him in the padded room?

And whats the name of the album coming out in Sept?

Dance of Death = New Maiden Album

As winslow mentioned:

Piece of Mind which led into Powerslave: World Piece Tour & World Slavery Tour. World Slaver Tour was captured in Live After Death. Maiden then returned to the studio to offer Somewhere in Time which gave rise to Somewhere on Tour. Maiden took some time and emerged with the epic Seventh Son of a Seventh Son with the supporting tour, Seventh Tour of a Seventh Tour.

Exit Adrian Smith, enter Janick Gers - No Prayer for the Dying then Fear of the Dark. Exit Bruce, enter Blayze - X-Factor and Virtual XI. Exit Blayze, enter Bruce, return of Adrian (3 axe-men: Dave, Adrian, & Janick) - Brave New World. Rock in Rio came to be of the BNW Tour - proceeds of at least one night went to Clive Burr's foundation for MS (I think that's the right foundation).

Of course, you also have A Real Dead One and A Real Live One after Adrian left.
