another wonderful loophole of db drag rules, put an empty case on arack at CES it makes it available from that day. Even though most case and this one in particular the amps hadnt shipped out until REAL recently.

That doesn't mean anything. They still have to be released to the public. How many things did you see at CES, that you could walk into a store that day and buy?

As far as I can see from the PICTURE we have, it is okey (and one amp), and as long as it has been introduced before the cut of date...Then its okey...
But, there is always hard to judge by a picture..

From what i was told, the amp is legal because it was being shipped to competitors before the cut off date, and you can now walk into a store and buy it.
What part of VA are you from? What class in USAC do you run?
