Trying to find out if they are legal in street. Are these classed as a commercial vehicle. Just trying to get some clarification over here.

Over here we have a number of small 2 seater hatchbacks. Some people over here think these are illegal for Street. They say they should be classed as commercial vehicles(panelvan or cargo van). Just wondering on your veiws on this.

This question was asked during the 2004 Rules discussion.. http://audioforum.termpro.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=46;t=000112

quote:
A "comerical vehicle" is a vehicle that has been modified from its "factory state" to use it for a business use and/or that has no interior panels in the "cargo area" of a van/box van and/or a vehicle that has no windows from the rear of the front doors on back which is also called a "cargo van".
