4 - 5.5" roof build down (2.5" below door jamb) and 4.5" floor build up, 30" cabin height. 4" door build out. 2" door lip on the floor. 28" clear space trough the door.

They all appear to be ok to the way I read the rules, with the stipulation that the 2" door lip on the lower picture is removable (it would fall under the rule of door tab/b pillar buildout, etc.).
