I RUN IN USACI MODIFIED CLASS AND WAS THINKING ABOUT RUNNING STREETMAX 1-2 THE BEFORE I CAN RUNNIN DO I NEED TO PULL ALL MY BATTERIES OF CAN I JUST DISCONECT THEM? 8 BATTERIES WILL BE HARD TO MOVE FOR A SHOW IN BETWEEN RUNS. PLUS IT WOULD BE A MAJOR PAIN TO STORE OUT OF THE CAR. ALSO CAN AMPS BE UNDER A SEAT ON A CRX? AND HOW FAR CAN THEY STICK OUT?

At a single point show, unhooking them should be fine. At a multipoint show, you might have to remove them. Contact the judge who is going to run the particular show you are going to to find out more.

All equipment in a "2 seat" vehicle such as a CRX must be behind the doorjambs. Its in the rules, just don't remember where.

Amplifiers can be in front of the b-pillars.

As long as it does not interfere with the normal operation of the vehical.

unless its a 2 passenger 2 seat vehicle like a crx, rx7 or exp.

I need to double check the rules on street max and equipment placement.

Rule 6-7f

If the vehicle is a 2-passenger ( driver and passenger ) hatchback, then all non-excempt auto sound equipment must be located behind the B-pillars with the exception of amplifiers that are installed completely under the seat.

I hope this helps,
