I've seen cars in the past with cabling attached to each window panel and then anchored to a steel bar or to the front baffle of the enclosure. I'm assume that these cables would not be considered a violation of the 30'' rod rule as long as it is clear that there is 30'' of clearance or if there is any question that the cables can be removed? Just wondering for future reference.

cables are bracing ... can't have bracing in the 'open space' or 'free space'
