When I applied for my db drag membership for the 2001 season, I recieved an email stating that the order would not be processed until everything is ready to ship. This was about 2 weeks ago. Well, today in the mail I get my visa bill, and in there is a 30 dollar charge to Wayne Harris Enterprises? I think to myself what is going on here?!?!

Does this mean that my cd and rulebook are already being shippped out here as I type this??? Probably not...... I just wanted a clarification on this.... I was not expecting this..... I know its only 30 bux, but I was just wondering what is the deal?
