I'm having my truck hauled to SBN in a 18 wheel box truck. Will there be a dock avaliable for me to unload on, or should I make other arrangements to have it lifted out of the trailer? It should arrive friday morning.

There are loading docks at the Ocean Center but I don't know if you will have access to them. You should contact the show promoter and make arrangements with them.
