Is any bracing to the outside of the vehicle in street allowed (besides other people)? example, straps, sand bags, suction cups, etc.

Also, in street...the rules say box height must be below seat level (w/out headrest). Is this deteremined by the REAR most seat or any seat in the car?

Do all vehicles need to be open at finals again this year? (like last year)
