Wayne, I know the Super street does not have power classes... Can an even promoter (run by USAC) employ their power rules for a dB Drag event? I ask this because at the Padre show this past weekend, a buddy of mine (I could not make it to the show.. with rule book) said that the dB Drag was run by USAC. He said there were enough competitors in EACH class (approx 5-8). Not how can they change the rules that way? He still placed 2nd... but still.....

can they do this?
