If I do this in my car, is it considered a mod? It is old and falling apart. I want to take it out and put rubber mat down.And please read my post question in the general topics about espn please.

Replacing the carpet, headliner, or any other cosmetic component that doesn't have an impact on the vehicle's SPL is okay.
