Can I hook my batteries up to my woofers, then build a module controlled by my amp, which switches the battery on and off fast enough to produce a note from my woofers. The result I'm using my batteries to give a 12 volt spike to my woofers which causes the woofer to reach its peak travel. But with the amplifer controlling the switching at low power it is a very controlled spike. I know this works I have done it at my shop. This is the same as using the Harrison Labs Drag Queen or King. Therfore I would expect it to be illegal. But I want an answer from Wayne. I know that some vehicles already have this and there will be some at SBN. If I see it I'm going to point it out to Wayne. And I know other people on here feel the same. Please Wayne keep your head up. I wish you put a rule in like IASCA has about contesting other vehicles. I'd gladly fork out the money to know the truth.

We already have very explicit rules pertaining to equipment such as this. (see the rule book.) The short answer is NO. This violates the rules. Point 'em out to me at SBN and I'll lower the boom.
