I just got my membership packet in the mail yesterday, and today when I tried to customize my stats it said ivalid password. I typed in exactly the same thing as the card said. what am I doing wrong, or have I not been entered into the system yet as a member?

For example, assume your membership ID# is 2K0987. You would enter the following...2 (two)
K (capital K)
0 (zero)
9 (nine)
8 (eight)
7 (seven)The K must be capitalized. Also, there are no O's (letter O) in the membership ID. Only 0's (zeros).If this doesn't work, send me an email and I'll look into the problem.------------------

The membership ID number is case sensitive.

For example, assume your membership ID# is 2K0987. You would enter the following...

2 (two)
K (capital K)
0 (zero)
9 (nine)
8 (eight)
7 (seven)

The K must be capitalized. Also, there are no O's (letter O) in the membership ID. Only 0's (zeros).

If this doesn't work, send me an email and I'll look into the problem.
