What is the ruling going to be on center consoles and overhead consoles? My vehicle has a stock center console, but I am planning on changing it. I want to build both my own. Do they need to hold some kind of equipment? Also, what about changing the headliner? My factory one was hanging down so I tore it out, but now I want to put up a new one. Only problem is that I can get a custom one made for cheaper than I can get a stock one. It would be in the same location and everything as the factory one. Where does the rules stand on this?
Thank you for your time.

If you replace the center console with a custom console, you cannot enter Street.
Making a repair to the vehicle (such as replacing the headliner) does not constitute a "modification" as long as the changes to the vehicle are negligble. In any event, making changes to the vehicle which will result in an improvement in SPL will be interpreted as a "modification" and the vehicle will be classified accordingly.
