i was looking through the db drag racing magazine and there is a 1991 honda civic and they cut the hood so they can put the alternators is thet leagl????????? the other thing is how many people can help me drive the car if it is modified??? or just one person can drive it???

The alternator in the civic is legal because the alternator is fully contained.

Only 1 person may drive the vehicle.
