Wayne, this is in regards to Iggy's problem at the Niles show. Is there a way to contact you, like a voice mail, if there is a similar discrepancy? I was at a comp last weekend in Houston, and one of the officials said they were running power classes and woofer classes. I told him that we voted on the issue ( in the forum) and YOU laid out the new rules ( woofer class.. except for street and its power cap) And he looked at me a lil wierd. So I told him to check the information out as well. I even had my rulebook handy. Not to mention, on the back of the score cards at the CC shows, the rules ARE ON THE BACK. SUffice it to say, they went by the rules at the show, and it was a good one. But is there a way we can contact you or let you know, from the show, that there is a problem and the Judge has a different ruling that what we have been told on here ( by you) ?

We need to empower the judges to be the ultimate authority at each event. It isn't practical to try and call headquarters every time there is a problem with the interpretation of the rules. Remember, the season just started for some of these judges. I'm sure that after 1 or 2, they'll come around to the correct way of doing things. You can assist them with suggestions and commentary but please be courteous when you do so.
Thanks.
