1. Why do you make it someone else's responsibility to prove amplifier power? Shouldn't the competitor have to prove that their amps aare legal by producing an owner's manual?

2. I think I remember that you earlier said that if seats could fold down then it was legal to fold them down. Can a competitor then use that space for equipment?

You can fold your seats down, but you must be able to put them back up. You cannot put any equipment on the seat that would impede it's normal operation as defined by the vehicle manufacturer.
