Wayne, can you give me an explination and example for what is all allowed and what isn't for each question. Trying to make a print out for shows around the area in case a judge had an issue. THanks

What exactly is not allowed for dash mods in the SS class?

What exactly is not allowed for door pods/buildouts in the SS class?

What exactly is not allowed for the floors/ceiling as for building, reinforcing, etc in the SS class?

THank you for your answers. This will help me help the officials.

No dash modifications are allowed in the Street or Super Street Divisions. (Replacement instrumentation is okay but the dash itself cannot be modified or replaced.)

Kickpanel speakers, door pods, etc. are okay in the Street and Super Street division provided they are only functioning in this capacity. If they are overly large, or if they provide structural reinforcement to the doors, then they would be prohibited.

Only cosmetic changes may be made to the floors and ceiling of vehciles competing in the Street and Super Street divisions. Dyanmat or another sound damping material may be used on these surfaces (and inside the doors) provided they are used in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions. "Caking" on layer upon layer of Dynamat would be considered a structural modification and would therefore be prohibited in these classes.
