btw. a cargo van/commercial vehicle is allowed for streetmax also

Ok i get you guys point. Lets ask this question a pick up, king cab, double cab, club cab, etc are all commercial vehicles and are DELIVERY VEHICLES hence the half to 1 ton load capacity. How can these vehicler run in street?

Because they have side windows and in some cases a backseat.
Why are trucks automatically registered as commercial vehicles to you? Because people CAN use them as commercial vehicles?
A panel van is MADE for commercial use, thus no side windows and no backseats. Vehicles makes STRICTLY for commercial use are not allowed.
Why do you keep pushing this? You can't use a cargo van in street. Rules are rules. Try pushing them by running a commercial vehicle and see what happens.
