Is it legal to expanding foam around the box with a forward facing box, so long as the seat still closes and latches properly? technicaly wouldn't that make the box attached to the car? from what i believe that is illegal.

since you can fiberglass the entire trunk as an enclosure it should be ok. -------------------- Just some thoughts from a nobody.
