I am new in to db drag and need some clarification on a rule. i am running in street max with a 93 Dakota and in the back the walls have the interior sheet metal and them the outer sheet metal. can i put 5/32 of sound damping material on both or just one of them?

In front of B pillar two layers or 4mm, which ever comes first.
A door is one place, so inner skin and outer skin would be 2 layers of 2mm or 1 layer of 4mm total.
