I retail for my country amplifiers with formula x audio brand a year now and i want to ask if these amps are legal for 3xpoint-wf events.
My countrys judge tells me that they are not and all the others judges i emailed to noone answered except one. Are these amps sirs legal for the 08 season? i am a competitor too and i wanna know if i can compete in 3x+ events. this brand is retailed in many countries in europe asia and in the us and here is a link showing them http://www.formulaxaudio.com/

yes sir we are a legal company and i dont see why they would not be legal too and thank for your reply. But i dont see any of the judges answering so i will make it easier for the one that is a mod here. Mr Tor S Aamodt if i come to Norway on a 3x event with the fx7000d amp will you allow me to comp as far it concerns the amps regulation?

Well if the amp is available now then it should be legal for 08. It may not be legal for street stock class, the manufacturer will have to work with DB Drag to get their amps on the certified list for street stock. But all other classes should be legal. And to me it looks like an atomic amp

and who will tell me the reason that they are not. written ofcourse cause by phone i have heard many diferent stories the last year that had nothing to do with the 07 rule book
i want to beleive that the rules are not diferent country by country
Seeing as there are other companies that sell these amps anyway, I see no problem.

You already know, that you need to take this discussion with Yiannis directly. If you dont like hes answer, i suggest you drop Wayne a mail, and have him discuss it with Yiannis.

All of the above are done from the 2007 .mr Harris told me by phone as he is not replying in emails(not any proofs i mean)that as far as he is not by himshelf in my country to check comm availability he cant make any decisions and my countries judge gave some very complicated answers(by phone of course) for not being legal that were not found on the rule book. So mr Lawaetz as you seem to be the only one answering and thank you for that i will turn to you a very simple question - if i move to your country to compete on a 3x event of yours with the fx7000d amp will you allow me to compete?

Why would this amp not be legal? It is commercially available. It shares similar design to many amps that are legal. What reason can there be?

all of the other companies selling those amps are legal in every country..
why are they not legal in greece??

except of me there are also others wondering. as far as the rules are the same everywhere why i dont get an answer atleast from the mod of this section if not from other judges?
who told him and what for my amps? why am i not told the reason written but they tell things to cactus sound and to customers of mine and they return amps they bought back ? What i must do to show they are legal? What i must do to compete in 3x+events ?

Post some pics of the amp. Give them somthing to see what it looks like. In side This way then can make a judging on.This will also let the competors have a peek to see something new on the market.
