Topic: Mounting of amplifier in ST A
If I was to mount my large amp under my front passenger seat, is it legal to have it sticking out the back of the seat where the rear passenger's feet would be on it? Can I make a board to go over it to protect it?

no. this would interfer with normal seating position of the rear seat passengers.
