What would be OK way to repair broken/cracked/pulled apart spot welds ?

Now how about ABOVE the window line in SS 1-2 NW ?

Like roof braces.....that have broken free.

The factory used spot weld's that were 5/16th inch. Could the broken welds be drilled(same size as OEM) and be "cherry welded" shut. Not adding any more than factory or any biger than factory ?

I wondering because I have a loose roof brace amd my slideing door frame has come apart(inner skin).

I'm not looking to add any thing just make OEM again and NOT get a DQ.

yes, you can go back and redo it just like the factory was

or do like some, run a solid bead, grind it down smooth and put lots and lots of sound dampening over the spot so no one notices.
