I'm going to say yes you can. max 4 conuctors (1 dcv sub=4)
Street Max 1-2 Class - 1-2 Woofers. A maximum of 2 subwoofer amplifiers (or 4 externally bridged monoblock amplifiers) may be used. A maximum TOTAL of 4 electrical conductors may be used to connect the amplifier(s) to the woofer(s).
There is nothing in the rules that says you cannot run a pair of strapped amps to each voicecoil in any class (except street A).
The rules below are the only one's governing that, and they are there to prevent parallel strapping of 3-4 amps as well as quad voice coils.
A maximum of 4 electrical conductors may be connected to each woofer as long as no other applicable rules are violated. A maximum of 2 amplifiers may be connected to each coil on a woofer.
The only class that would have any sort of issue is if someone wanted to run a single 18 in street C, they can use at max 4 strappable amplifiers, or 2 stereo amplifiers, even though that is 1/2 of the limits for the class.
