Wayne has started a Q&A section for your rules related questions as a sticky at the top of the page.
I think that if you ask specific question you will get a specific answer.
Please don't ruin it for us all by argueing others questions. This is a serious Q & A and not an opinion hot-line.

I think that because like always, one person asks a questions and then gets 20 differant answers and it ends up as an argument and the orignal topic gets ignored and changed to include 10 differant subjects. Unfortunately, rarely does a judge come in and provide specific answers to specific questions. And, as you know, one answer leads to two more questions.
Rather then weed through all of the crap in the 5 big rules replated topics currently active, he is asking to post a specific question in a specific section and he will give a specific answer. He is also asking everyone to stay on topic with there questions.
That would be my guess but I'm not a judge or supposed to know what is going on inside the DBDRA.
As a judge for the DBDRA, maybe you need to ask Wayne directly as opposed to asking me or the competitors.
