THE ONLY REASON I ASK IS BECAUSE OF THE PANELS BEING OUT IM A LONG TIME USACI GUY, AND HAVE ALWAYS READ THE FORUM HERE AS WELL TO BUILD MORE KNOWLEDGE.

might depend on the events judge, but I'd think that either way would be ok, as long as you can prove that your only using two of them.

According to 3-10a of the Street Class rules, Expanding foam may be used sparingly throughout the vehicle to seal small openings or reduce vibration, but may not be used to fill voids or other large cavities (such as the dashboard or doors).
So does this mean that a Street Class competitor can fill his A/C vents with expanding foam? A competitor could do this and say they are small openings, since there is no real clarification.

no they cant and they should no be filling that hatch area as well seen how this is a big void

You are taking away the "normal operation" of the vehicle...
So no foam in A/C vents
