Looked all over and did a search, but cannot find the answer. If I remove the 3rd row of seating in my van, am I then able to build my box over top of the area where the seat once was or do I treat it as though the seat is still in there? This is a Street class question. Thank you.

Seats may be folded for competition, but may not be removed from the vehicle. Competitors who fold their seats must be able to demonstrate that the installation of the sound system does not interfere with the normal operation of the seats that were folded.
Additional Guidelines:
If a vehicle has more than 2 rows of seating, then the additional rows (3+) may be removed at the competitor's discretion.
That's clear regarding whether I can build over seats that were removed? I will assume that means I act as though the seats were never there then, correct? Thank you.
