In my Blazer there are two vents near the rear door, I want to seal them. I had someone push on the rear glass amnd I went up .3db, and when they pushed on the door where the vents are it went up .6db. My question is this, can I use that spray expanding foam to seal it off from the inside or would that violate the rules? I know the rulebook says you can't use it to fill large voids, but this space can't be accessed from the inside to use DynaMat and it's maybe 1/2" deep, so it's not a large void. I don't want to fill it and then find out down the road that it's not allowed. Here's a pic of the vent in case there's a question of what I'm talking about.

Pandas have vents which vent to atmosphere which they cannot block.
Ipso facto, you cannot block them.
