This is the factor installed foam(pic from a diffrent van) this is what I want to use expanding foam to deaden.
Now on the newer van's they had some sort of glue that was used to hold the inner frameing(where window frame could have been) to the outer skin.
Can I use expoxy,glue or silcone in these area's,only to hold inplace. I would guess I would need 1/4 inch bead in the window frame area. Is this with in the rule's ? I am not trying to push the limit's,just get rid of these rattle's(makeing the van look bad).
