I just have to add my 2 cents....
The way I have read the rules it says...
Bat may fit ANY were under the hood. I have seen car put a bat in the fender and all over.....
The mod part it says if you mod the ride to make the cabin larger or smaller then it is not ok. Maken mods that make your ride look Frigen Great like the Van in quastion (just the front end)looks ok to me.
Geoff I would do this.
Send the 2 pic to, WH, DB Steve, Dave B, Tor, Ray Choy and all the other big names you can think of.
Ask them what will be ok. Take it if you get 1 or 2 no`s then take it as a NO. Just to be safe.
It dos not matter what the people say on here the judges (WH) have the last word.
Just my 2 cents.

I was looking at the pic again on bigger monitor and now I see The wire leads are not connected. My apologies. LOL at least I didn't make a comment about having that voltage without batt even being connected. [Big Grin] Lighten up, after things that have happened in the past you and all of your team members should expect scrutiny of ele systems.
On a side note that vehicle is lookin sharp. [Smile]

Like i've said a thousand times the rules ghange when you get loud.

When your on the top everyone thinks you breaking them.

People waste there time tring to find a rule infraction, instead of working on there own legal car to get loud.

Sorry for jumping in your tread AudioAnonymous but i had to say this stuff again.

The rules dont change as you get loud, they just get more strict with the louder you are because everyone trys to find any which way you are cheating.

i dont really have a problem with that bat location. by the way very nice bat. but i have built by the bat rule before and got in troble even when i gave them the rule book i was told it isnt in there. so i guess the judges will hate on who ever they want. good luck this year.

It's ok. [Big Grin] It's in the stock location now BUT it would be ALOT easier to wire up if it were infront of the radiator. [Frown]
