For street max can I have a collision shop remove my battery box in my festiva and re-weld the spare tire well back into the car and be legal? Or just put a peice of steel over the top?

You sure can weld that thing back together!!! There were many NW vans that ran after re welding thier floors back in. Let me know if you need a floor for that festy. I have a junk one.
