Is it legal to borrow equipment off other competitors to compete at shows when the other competitor isn't competiting that weekend? In the street classes.

You can't switch equipment between runs, between competitors. But if the one competitor isn't competing at that show, there isn't any problem.

the reason I asked is because when I read the rules for the street class before it said you had to have purchased all your own equipment and your not allowed any company support. I just think its a little unfair sometimes when you save up a bunch of money buy all your stuff and go to compete, then see someones car there who is using all of another competitors equipment to win the show. Like using someone elses box, subs, and amps.

Show me in the rule book where it says that! I am in Street B and I am sponsored. Unless you are talking about Iasca street classes.

...and what if somebody borrows equipment, use it, made records, titles, broke it, never gave it back (what is basically "stealing")? And if this person who "got" the equipment give a sh!t about the one who helped him= Can this person be banned for lifetime? Or at least is the one who "lost" his stuff in the right position to claim the HE is also a title or record holder?
Not that this really can happen or happened, its just a question
