I would just like clarification on the rules for strapping amplifiers for the 2007 season.
1) Will parallel bridging be legal in the 2007 season?
2) Where will the conductors be counted? Can i have buss bars in the amp rack and on the enclosure to simplify troubleshooting/wiring and have the legal number of conductors between the bussbars?

I'm not sure what exactly you are asking...Why would it simplify things to have more wires? I would reccommend just following the rules to the letter on this one, it will simplify a lot of things.

There wouldn't be more wires just longer ones to make taking the amplifiers out. Instead of running the wires amp to amp i want to run them to a central location and strap them at the central location vs at each amp.
The second question involves Parallel vs Series bridging. When the stetson amp discussion was going on I brought up my opinion that parallel bridging may not be legal and was told by many that it didn't matter how the amps were joined as long as they were connected together.
I was just trying to get clarification before the season starts to see if maybe it can be reworded in the rules if needed.

There currently is no amp number limit per class for SS and above.
So parallel or series strapping in Street or SM makes no difference to amp quantities.
In other classes, it allows "unlimited amps", as per the matrix.
If we limit parallel amps, what is to stop manufacturers mounting them in one large case, like the old SPL D 4000D and the "Trendsetters" amp?

Right now the rules also do not state the number of channels per amplifier. You could have a big 4 or 6 channel amplifier in one case and it counts as a single amplifier in any class.
The only rules on number of channels is in defining monoblocks.

so... 4awg speaker wire is fine to the box? I have terminals that accept 4awg... and what amps have 4awg out? I may have to make custom adapters..
