I want to compete in street A with"
1 - 12" RE MT
2 - BX 2005D Hifonics Amps (one to each coil)
1 - Yellow top Battery under the hood

Sub will be put into a 4 cubic foot vented box in the trunk facing the cab of the car sealed off.

Is that legal for street A?

155 DB+ to make brackets last year this year will be higher. Trunk car is NOT going to do it.

either one amp or a strapped pair of amps.

what makes you illegal is your amps. They have to be either strapped (one amp runs +, one amp runs -) or just one stereo amp. I am not familiar with those amps, if they are strappable, then you can do it, but they have to be ran that way (not one to each coil).

I changed my mind (I do that a lot), I'm gonna run one soundstream xxx-6500D with the 12" RE MT. I'm almost positive thats legal.

This would be legal for SA so long as all equipment is in the trunk (with the exception of the battery, which must be in the stock location).

I know hes one of the most important judges in db drag, I would expect a better answer from him than just a simple "no" if you know what I mean [Smile] [Smile] [Smile]
