The amp really speaks my language when it is getting a 14V current but my car only gives a 12V, So how can I get to a 14V from a 12V, what should be done to my electrical system???

Put a multimeter on your battery and rev the engine. If you are only getting 12 volts at 1500 rpm, your alternator is already dead. Most alternators can do 14.4 at 1500 rpm, so when you're driving, the amp will be getting the proper voltage.
