I am new to this stuff. I am going to have 2 RF G800a2 amps what would I need. Like lightning caps, alternaters, and other stuff like that.

With a pair you are definitely in for at least a second battery (I would add one per amp) and most likely an alternator.

If your voltage at the starting battery dips below about 11.5V (realistically) on a big hit, you need more alt...

how much would an alternater and 2 seperate batterys cost me

Spend more on your alternator.. use your battery to start your car and your alternator to run your stereo.. dont play your stereo in off key situations....
